Let's face it... recovery is TOUGH. When symptoms feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to explain, it can be exhausting to figure out what’s actually going on. Making sense of those patterns, and helping people understand why they feel the way they do, is at the heart of my work.

I provide individual therapy for teens and adults using a trauma-informed approach that focuses on what happened to you, rather than what’s wrong with you. Many of the challenges people face (anxiety, depression, substance use, self-harm, emotional reactivity, or unhealthy relationship patterns) are rooted in unresolved trauma and nervous system dysregulation.

individual therapy

In therapy, we work to identify and process trauma, understand how past experiences are influencing current symptoms, and develop skills for emotional regulation and stress management. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help clients reduce distress, cope with triggers, and shift long-standing beliefs about themselves and the world around them. Treatment is collaborative, practical, and paced to support safety and sustainable change.

My style is direct, compassionate, and no-fluff. You can expect honesty, warmth, and a focus on meaningful progress without wasting your time or money. Recovery is possible, and individual therapy can help you feel more regulated, present, and in control of your life.
